![]() Suspects anti-telepathy drugs or something similar. ![]() I have not written it into the book yet, but I imagine it went something like this: Sidestep is bothered about the static. How did sidestep first find out about Ortega's epilepsy? Was it first hand experience or heard (physically or telepathically) How would Ortega react if one of said nightmares effects Tia Elena while we are recovering at the ranch? ![]() Back in the day when Sidestep trusted enough to sleep around them, their powers were not this strong. Has Ortega ever seen the effects one of steps nightmares has had on other people? I am currently making a big Rebirth update with little quality of life choices just like that. Having identified a visual styling for the Rat King in Part 2, any thought to revisiting Part 1 to add in similar where appropriate? It will probably depend on how fun it is to write, and how much it will complicate the story. But not sure how much interaction there will be, I am still planning those parts. I do know that you will meet the non-recruited one of them in book three, so you can see where life have taken them. Is that something you might consider just to have both of them available for storytelling purposes? The different parts of Part 2 all seem to reach a point that feels like an opportunity to bring the one you didn't choose originally into the fold. Here's a question: I like Rosie and Boris equally. The second book is a triumph, and I hope that you've been enjoying the response.
